Annie Keim
Welcome! Thank you for being here. My approach to counseling is collaborative and I trust wholeheartedly in the counseling relationship. My counseling style is non-directive and I emphasize the individual being their own expert and helping through different approaches. I utilize different theoretical approaches and modalities, tailoring to what is most beneficial for the individuals I’m working with. I believe all people have strengths within them for resiliency and focus my approaches on helping individuals uncover their unique strengths. My goal to is to provide a space where individuals can feel seen, heard and valued.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have experience in working with individuals and providing group therapy.
I believe counseling is an opportunity for individuals to gain personal growth and to learn more about themselves which requires courage. I feel privileged that I get to be apart of the experiences and journeys of individuals I work with.
